What is our delivery procedure?
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. All orders are made to order and take up to 5 business days to be made depending on complexity. After receiving payment confirmation, your order will be delivered to you. Orders will be delivered using a courier of our choice.
After payment has been made and the order has been packed and a collection has been scheduled, the customer will receive a tracking code, which they can use to track the delivery.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available to receive the order once it has reached the delivery address.
What are the delivery timeframes?
We deliver both within South Africa, as well as internationally.
Customers are required to provide their physical address for delivery and contact details before completing their purchase. Products will be delivered to the physical address specified by the customer.
Without considering or being affected by external factors, delivery in South Africa will take place within the following timeframes: Johannesburg – 1-2 business days, Major city centres in South Africa – 2 – 3 business days, Outlying Areas – 3 to 5 business days
Do you ship internationally?
International orders are shipped once a week. Each order has a tracking number, which will be sent to you to trace your parcel.
Customs and import duties are charged by the receiving country and at the buyer’s cost. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit and do not accept returns/refunds orders. International Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days (depending on the receiving country).
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout, based on a flat rate. Orders worth more than R1500 Locally qualify for free shipping.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are liable for postage/shipping fees when returning items.
- No exchange will be accepted on sale items.
