What is our Return Policy?

At Moja we want you to adore your product but if you are not satisfied with your product and there is a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace it or refund you with a store credit, as long as it has been returned within 28 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition, unused and undamaged, with all tags attached and in original packaging, and free from any scent including perfumes, smoke or sweat.

When are Returns and/or Exchanges allowed?

We permit returns and/or exchanges in the following instances:

  • The incorrect product has been delivered to you.
  • The product delivered to you is damaged or defective.
  • The product has the incorrect size or specifications.

When are Returns and/or Exchanges not allowed?

We do not permit returns and/or exchanges in the following instances:

  • The product was custom made
  • The product was on sale. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
  • You have notified us of your wish to exchange/return after seven days of delivery

 What will happen once a Product is returned?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once returned, and subject to product inspection, your account with us will be credited or replaced, as per your preference.

Please Note:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
